Principle and Machine structure:
The upper and lower filtering belts are tighten by the movement of a series rollers and cylinders on the machine, the free moisture in the sludge between the two layers belt will uninterruptedly be squeezed out to complete the sludge/water separation process.
The working procedure can be divided into three stages: gravity dewatering, wedge preliminary pressure and dewatering, medium & high pressure cutting and dewatering.
The belt squeezing and filter is composed of Frame Body, Rollers, Modifying Device, Tightening and dewatering System, Filtering Belts, Scraper Panel, Washing System and so on.
