Membrane Type Micro-Pore aerator:

1.     The gas diffusion rubber plates of the aerator are made of the high quality synthetic rubber; the diameters of the diffused gas bubbles by the rubbermembrane are small, the area of the gas-liquid interface is big; so the aerator has the higher masstransfer speed and oxygen-charging efficiency. Comparing with other existing aerators, it can greatly reduce the power-consuming and the waste-water treatment cost.

2.     There are a lot of the self –closing pores in the rubber membrance;  the pores can automatically open and close along with the oxygen-charging and operation –stop; so there is no pore –blockage or contamination. And , the air which  enters into the aerator do not need the dust removal puritication; when the aeration tank stops the operation, the sewagemixture will not flush back; these will reduce a lot of the operation cost and the maintenance workload.

3.     As the membrane type micro-pore aerator can be successively arranged on the bottom of the aeration tank, the oxygen can be dissolved uniformly in the tank; the aerator can be used in all tank sand heights; and the aerator can also be used to renovate the existing aeration tanks , the efficiency of there novated aeration tanks can be improved.

4.     As the gas diffusion plates of the membrane type micro-pore aerator are made of the high quality rubber, it has great physical and mechanical performances; the pallets, fittings and te air pipes adopts the engineering plastics ; so there is no rust problem ,it greatly reduces the operation and maintenance workloads.
